The auction itself is great. Got a killer deal on a cargo van for my plumbing business. My issue was the payment process. I initiated the direct wire transfer to the vendor immediately after winning the bid, but MY bank (Wells Fargo) flagged it for "security reviews" and put a hold on it for 48 HOURS!!! I was absolutely LIVID because I thought Phoenix Auto Brokers was going to cancel my bid and charge me a penalty fee because the money didn't arrive in time. I called them up ready to scream at someone, but their accounting department was actually super chill and professional.
